HOT PROMPTS is an internal tool designed for Braze employees to share and discover AI prompts. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use the HOT PROMPTS Chrome Extension and associated API.

2. Data We Collect

Identity Information: We collect your @braze.com email address and name via Google OAuth to authenticate your account and attribute the prompts you create.
User Content: We store the prompts, descriptions, and example responses you voluntarily submit to the library.
Usage Data: We track upvotes and remixes to provide the "Hotness" ranking and leaderboard functionality.

3. How We Use Data

Your data is used strictly for product functionality:

To identify the author of a prompt.
To pre-filter prompts based on the tool you are currently using (e.g., Claude, Braze).
To manage your personalized settings and upvote history.

4. Data Sharing and Security

No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with any third-party services or advertisers.

Security: All communication between the extension and our backend is encrypted via HTTPS. Access to the API is restricted via JSON Web Tokens (JWT) and limited to verified @braze.com accounts.

5. Your Rights

Since this is an internal tool, you can request the deletion of your prompts or your account data at any time by contacting the application administrator.
